Engineers bringing AI into development.

The dAIve group consists of dAIve GmbH in Vierkirchen near Munich and Digital Physics AI GmbH in Pucking near Linz. Both work as one team: specialists in physics, simulation, materials science and software. We work for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and gladly internationally.

Where we come from

It all started with simulation projects. We ran FEM and CFD studies for clients and kept seeing how much knowledge sits in the results and how little of it reaches the next development.

Two things grew out of that: projects in which we combine simulation and machine learning into hybrid models, and our own software that lets engineers build such models themselves. dAIve Predict has been in use with pilot customers since 2023.

Today we support companies along the whole path: from the first question of where AI helps, through training and projects, to the tool used every day.

How we work

Clear

We say what AI can do in your case and what it cannot. We give numbers with their source.

Bold

We try new methods, but on a manageable pilot first, before it gets big.

Partner-minded

We work with your specialists, not around them. In the end your team should be able to do it.

Founding and network

Funding

Funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and SpaceKMU-innovativ: project GNOMEGNOME (Graph Neural Optimization for Mesh and Engineering) is building a hybrid AI platform that delivers physically consistent predictions directly from design and simulation data and fits into existing CAD, CAE and PLM environments. dAIve coordinates the consortium with DLR and PTB, who contribute use cases from lightweight design and flow metrology. The project started in March 2026 and is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) under the “KMU-innovativ: ICT” programme (grant number 16IS26014A), managed by DLR Projektträger.
BayTOU: Smart Liquid CoolingFrom August 2020 to April 2022, sustainedBIZZ GmbH, now dAIve GmbH, developed an AI-controlled liquid cooling system for GPUs: a learning controller on PC and microcontroller level runs the cooling energy-efficiently and monitors it for leaks. The project was funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy under its BayTOU programme (grant number TOU-2003-0004).
